Whether it's a private dinner tasting for four or a moonlit patio supper for twenty, Ana will seek out your local markets finest and freshest produce, meat, and seafood, creating a lavish feast for the senses. All meats and fish are hand selected and all food is prepared from scratch.
Layering flavors and textures using simple, all natural ingredients, every meal is assembled with the intention of enhancing the natural qualities of the products used. Dishes are artfully arranged with high attention to aesthetic (the eyes eat first) as she believes high quality, seasonal ingredients and beautiful plating are essential to an exceptional culinary experience.
